GMS is a consulting firm specialized in accelerating its clients’ digital transformation through the strategic use of data and technology. Its team is made up of more than 4,000 IT and data experts, capable of delivering results that drive innovation and competitiveness, supported by a track record of continuous growth and global expansion.

CHALLENGE

Entering a new market: adapting to the German culture of communication, which favours precision, clarity, and sometimes formal tone.

Explaining services like IT & Data, Security & Compliance, etc., separately and distinctly, so that each expertise is clear, yet keeping overall brand consistency.

Balancing technical depth (important for technical clients) with accessibility so decision-makers less versed in tech also perceive the value quickly.

The Market

CONCEPT

We based the concept on geometric patterns, clean forms, organized structure — to convey order, reliability, and professionalism.

Artistic inspiration: symmetry, precise angles, regularity, harmonious contrasts, but providing breathing room visually (white/negative space) to avoid visual clutter.

The goal was to communicate high technology and innovation while retaining human touch: transparency, trust, and approachability.

DESIGN

The design was lightly inspired by the Bauhaus school from Germany: form follows function, minimal ornamentation, geometric shapes, clean typography, functional aesthetics. These traits convey clarity, discipline, and timeless modernity.

What this style transmits is confiança (trust), rigor, eficiência, mas também modernidade e elegância.

Use of neutral colours with carefully placed highlights, typographic clarity, grid layouts, precise alignments, well-thought spacing to make content digestible and visual flow agradável.

DEVELOPMENT

The biggest technical challenge was turning those geometric shapes and contours into web code: HTML & CSS não lidam nativamente com curvas/ângulos complexos, por isso usamos SVG, máscaras (clipping masks), transformações, animações precisas para representar fielmente o design.

Garantir responsividade: que essas formas se adaptassem bem em diferentes dispositivos, tamanhos e resoluções, sem deformações ou perdas visuais.

Implementação cuidadosa de animações: que reforçam interacções e transições, mas sem penalizar performance ou UX.

Estrutura para garantir autonomia de gestão: permitir que o cliente atualize conteúdos, acrescente serviços, edite texto e layout simples por si próprio.
