Agap2 Netherlands is a European IT and Engineering consultancy founded in 2005, operating in 14 countries with more than 9,500 professionals. They create innovative solutions to help companies overcome complex challenges and generate long-lasting value.

The company’s goal is to be a trusted partner, combining innovation, excellence, ethics, and collaboration to transform the future of technology and engineering.

CHALLENGE

The previous Agap2 Netherlands website was a single-page layout with all information concentrated in one place. The challenge was to reorganize this content in a clear and accessible way, ensuring that users could quickly understand the company’s scope and value.

The Market

CONCEPT

Inspired by the concept “Thinking Tomorrow”, we developed an interface that conveys modernity, intelligence, and constant movement. The orb on the homepage symbolizes looking ahead to the future and the ability to face global challenges with smart and integrated solutions.

DESIGN

After understanding Agap2’s mission and values, we mapped the target audience and analyzed the existing website content. We then redesigned the information architecture to clearly communicate the company’s international presence and market positioning.

The interface proposal was created in Figma, reflecting the brand’s visual identity and strategic objectives. It went through several refinements with the client until the final version was approved.

DEVELOPMENT

With the design approved, we moved on to development in Webflow. The client was able to follow the progress of each page, suggest changes, and adjust texts and images directly, ensuring a result fully aligned with the plan.


The Results

COST REDUCTION

By building the site in Webflow, the client now manages content internally without depending on external development teams, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

IMPACT

The new structure and design improved user experience, reinforced the company’s credibility, and better communicated its international reach and innovative approach — strengthening Agap2’s positioning in the European market.
