Based on the discussed scope, we confirm that this proposal excludes the development and design of the following functionalities, which are considered outside the initial delivery:

1. 1. Subsidiary Pages and Subdomains:
   Subsidiary pages within the group’s site will feature a summary of each entity, which may or may not link to the full website, as determined by the client. These links will direct to subdomains within the group’s site, such as:
   ‍https://domusa-group.com/equipaero, and not to the subsidiary’s own domain, like https://www.equipaero.com/, which will remain unchanged.
   
   The complete redesign and development of each subsidiary’s website under its own domain will be treated as a new project, with a separate budget and scope.

2. 2. Customer & Supplier Areas:
   Functionalities related to customer and supplier areas, including login and restricted access, are also excluded from the current scope. Additionally, we note that creating a customized login area would require a ground-up development and would not include the import of pre-existing customer and supplier data.

3. 3. Additional Costs:
   ‍3.1 For the development of the Capability List functionality, there is an infrastructure cost, which will be the responsibility of the Domusa group.
   3.2 The website and CMS will be built using the Webflow tool, which has a recurring hosting cost of $23/month when billed annually (CMS plan). This can be checked here: https://webflow.com/pricing.
